Sale contract between ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan, for some properties, including the village of Chibni in Hashtrud and some wheat, in exchange for three hundred and thirty three tumans; a one-year revocation term is included in the contract.

Settlement between Fatimah Nisa’ and Muhammad Hashim, 1901
Settlement, dated October 29, 1901, between Fatimah Nisa’, daughter of the late Baba Khan from Khuzan, and Muhammad Hashim, son of the late Haji ‘Abd Allah, exchanging some properties in Shams Abad for forty tumans. Fatimah Nisa’ then waived all of her rights for four tumans and some wheat. On verso: on April 4, 1921, ‘Abd Allah, son of the late Muhammad Hashim, settled this property with his uncle, Haj Asad Allah, to pay the costs of ta‘ziyah for the late Muhammad Hashim.

Settlement of Bibi Hajiyah Gawhar Sultan (wife of Haji Ghulam Husayn Razzaz [the rice dealer] from Shiraz) and Bibi Hajiyah Zivar Sultan (wife of the late Haji Muhammad Tajir ‘Alaqah-band [the silk dealer] from Shiraz), two of Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir's [the merchant] inheritors, with Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn Bazzaz [the cotton dealer] from Shiraz, son of the late Karbalayi Haji Aqa-yi Siraj from Shiraz, over their share of a property (including two-thirds of a room with two closets) for one charik [unit of weight] of wheat and twenty six tumans and six thousand and seven hundred dinars

Settlement between Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of Haji Muhammad Hasan (known as Salih) and wife of the late Muhammad Sahib Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, and Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Karbalayi Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, over one-sixth of a house, at Sarbagh neighborhood of Shiraz, for one hundred tumans and one man [unit of weight] of wheat.

After the death of Karbalayi Hasan, the son of Karbalayi Husayn, his belongings were divided between his two inheritors: his brother, ‘Ali Akbar, and his wife, Rubabah Khanum. In addition, the household furnishings that belonged to Rubabah Khanum were delivered to her.

Lease between ‘Izzat Allah Khan and Sakinah Sultan Khanum's guardian, 1896
‘Izzat Allah Khan has rented some bequeathed landed property from Haji Khan Yavar [Iskandar Khan], the guardian of Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the late ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's underage daughter, for four lunar years in exchange for twenty tumans.

Rental agreement between ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Sultan, for the summer and winter crops of Sakinah Sultan's inherited property in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 6 kharvar [unit of weight] grains for two years. The lessee is responsible for damages due to pests or natural disasters. The price of a dozen trees in the land was determined to be twenty tumans.

Sale document of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali (son of Darvish Ibrahim) and his wife, Mashhadi ‘Izzat (daughter of Mulla Husayn Kadkhuda), with Khanum: one is over a piece of land, located in Qasr-i Hamid, in exchange for three tumans; the other is over water usage of Khanqah in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Additional rights of both sales were settled for one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Probably from Muntasir Lashkar (his seal is on verso) to ‘Amid Lashkar [probably Mirza Abu Turab Khan]; the writer asks about the stipends from the customhouse, the money kept by Malik Khan, the father's allowance, and the debt by Asad Allah Khan's relative in Tehran; sends greetings to his mother. Another letter in different handwriting on verso discusses the whereabouts of ‘Amid Lashkar's son.
